Description
XO Boutique Bakery is run by Alex Oke, a Nigerian chef who’s really into bread, pastry and confections. Trained in classical/contemporary French cuisine at the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts in Vancouver, Canada. He also teaches at the Culinary Academy in Ikoyi and is the pastry chef at Tarragon Restaurant.
