My friend has been talking about going to cupcake fairy for some time, so we finally went. I don’t know why I was expecting the place to be bigger…but it’s a cute little dessert shop.
I was torn between ordering a red velvet cupcake or the apple crumble. I really wanted both, but you know…#fitfam and all.
I got a slice of the apple crumble (N500). The reason I picked it was because the server said it and the brownie were the only two things that come with ice cream and I had a quick day dream of warm apple pie and ice cream (Yum!).
I don’t really know the words to explain how good this crumble tasted in my mouth. It was everything I could have asked for and more. It probably was a bit too sweet, but I think any less sugar wouldn’t have made it as wonderful as it was. I tried to eat it slowly to savor every bite.
