Great place to get a nice pizza in Abuja. Very tasty and feels fresh out of the oven.
The only annoying part is if you want to order by phone, it can be difficult to get through to customer service. Otherwise, thumbs up
The Shawarma is not bad - used to be the best in Lagos.
I was reminded of mama ebo by the recent blog post on best bukas in Lagos and decided to visit. At the end of the day, this is a buka - customer service felt limited but the food is amazing. I tried the pepper rice + grilled fish
After much delay, I finally visited delta pot in Lekki. I was really impressed by the customer service, VIP lounge space (very artistic) and the actual food. The menu is very diverse covering soups and delicacies from all parts of Nigerian especially the East. Every thing was freshly made and they are very generous with portions which I really liked.
Great coffee place to hangout with friends
Tried Hub Deli in Lagos recently. The food is very affordable and tasty. The service can be a bit slow sometimes. Highly recommend the fried rice and assorted meat combo.
It is in the same building as Velvett Grill (the old Piccolo Mondo) which is on the ground floor and Izanagi is on first floor. Izanagi reminds me of modern sushi restaurants I have been in London. I prefer the décor here to Bonzai, feels more like fine dining at Izanagi. The spicy salmon sushi rolls at the end deserves special a mention! Really great effort by the chef and certainly on par with a very good Japanese sushi chef - thoroughly enjoyed my time here.
Although the restaurant is Thai, you can also order Indian, Thai, Inter-continental and Italian (La Veranda) cuisines.
Service was a little slow however occupied my time using the free WIFI and drinking a local beer. The chicken pad thai I had was delicious with a deep and rich flavor.
One of the few hidden gems in Ikeja. Great Indian Food - very authentic. Also great place for after work drinks
Portions are small however delicious. Loved the espresso here - definitely at the starbucks level. Overall, was impressed with the service levels
The first floor is a Lebanese restaurant (Al-Diwan), the second floor is Bonzai. The same management operates both restaurants. Decor is very well-appointed with good use of space. We had Sukiyaki which was very tasty. Also had an amazing cheesecake as dessert - as good as they come in Lagos
Another Chinese restaurant located in Ikeja. In case you care, the English name is Sunrise's and Chinese name is Li Garden's (now you know!).
We tried the Taiwanese beef noodle soup with Dumplings which was delicious and very rich. Service can be a little slow
Good selection of sushi. Can order chinese food here as well. There was no Japanese beer, however there was sake. Overall, it was a decent meal satisfaction.
