I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Bukka - Transcorp Hilton to say the least, No glass of bubbly was served as claimed by management to warrant this price even I do not take alcohol. I am concerned that this price included 10% staff charge (despite poor customer service) and vat (but no vat number on the receipt making it impossible and/or ineligible for reclaim) UBA POS handed to diners for payment always reports declined when you have sufficient funds.
